What is RAG?

It is a technology that allows AI models such as ChatGPT or Gemini to use your own data.

This data is not limited to documents such as PDF or DOC files. We can configure access to databases containing orders, invoice numbers, images, provide website content, or connect to your company’s internal IT systems.

The data used by RAG remains yours and is protected against unauthorized access.

Depending on the task it is meant to perform, it follows our guidelines and a predefined algorithm. Like popular chat systems, it “understands” its task and can independently decide which tool to use to complete its work.

For example, if during a conversation with your customer it determines that the question concerns an order, it will connect to the order database to retrieve the necessary information.

Importantly, we can integrate our RAG systems with your ERP systems, your website, or deploy them as a standalone application.

How can AI technologies help your business?

Internal knowledge

An AI agent will provide information about regulations, form templates, standards, and rules in your company, saving HR resources and managers’ time. Based on the conversation, the agent will indicate the appropriate document or the contact details of the relevant person.

Image and label analysis

Based on an image, we will extract data from labels, documents, license plates, or signs. We will identify the sender or shipment date, read the text from the document, and assign the image to the appropriate category. The obtained data will be parameterized or used in the next stages of the algorithm.

Report analysis

We will summarize reports and prepare aggregated data based on them. We will draw conclusions according to the specified criteria. We will prepare a summary and a final report.

Customer service

We will equip the agent with knowledge about your products or services. Depending on the context of the conversation, the algorithm can connect to the order database and provide status information, point to the relevant document containing the requested knowledge, or inform about the price and current promotions.

Intelligent search

We will summarize search results on your website. Depending on the query, we will highlight promotions or important products in the results. The search results will resemble the advice of an experienced specialist rather than searching for specific tags in the text. You can influence the search algorithm using descriptive instructions.

Quick quoting

You will automatically prepare an offer for the customer. We will include data from your ERP, such as availability and current price. Depending on the adopted criteria, we will indicate mandatory or optional (accessory) products.

Data extraction

We monitor specified sources such as websites or online databases. Based on defined criteria, we will generate an alert if the price changes or a new item appears in a defined category.

Specialized reports

Based on guidelines included in documents, established criteria, and reports generated by automated external tools, we will prepare a consolidated report. This way, you can analyze a specified website for compliance with legal requirements, check whether a given text contains elements of plagiarism, or determine whether it was generated by an AI algorithm.

ATLAS M-SYSTEM virtual AI assistant and system consumption calculator

Client: ATLAS

Virtual assistant and consumption calculator for the M-SYSTEM

An assistant powered with knowledge about how to install drywall panels using the M-SYSTEM.

It provides advice on how to use the system components, informs about training for professionals, and also includes information about technical approvals and system parameters, as well as selected texts from ATLAS FACHOWCA magazine.

The assistant replaces the previous material consumption calculator. Based on information obtained from the user about the installation site and room dimensions, it calculates the required number of packages.

Virtual assistant for the Vileda online store - AI chatbot

Client: VILEDA

Virtual online store assistant

The assistant has access to the current product database, prices, and availability.

It is also powered by knowledge prepared by the store’s customer service, containing frequently asked questions along with answers.

If required by the conversation context, it uses a tool that retrieves information about the fulfillment of a placed order via a REST API.

Diagnostic tools allow insight into questions and answers in order to fine-tune the assistant’s algorithms.

WCAG 2.2 AI Validator for Fortum

Client: Venti

AI WCAG Validator

An AI-assisted tool whose purpose is to prepare a WCAG audit of a website.

The AI Validator retrieves the website’s source code and then performs an initial WCAG analysis based on predefined rules.

Next, the URL of the analyzed website is sent to Lighthouse, Wave, and a dedicated Apify agent. The validation results are returned to the AI Validator.

Based on the partial reports, the AI Validator prepares a coherent final report, organizing detected non-compliances by severity, highlighting non-compliant code, and proposing ways to fix it.

Creating a memorial for a deceased person.

Epitaphium is a database of information about deceased individuals.

Based on information provided by the user and information found on specified related websites (e.g., the deceased person’s social media), the AI tool prepares a memorial tribute.

The tool is integrated with the portal via a REST API.
